Kat coaches Executives and senior leaders in scale businesses to develop their leadership capability, build high performing teams and create a culture that motivates and delivers. She works with them to identify their unique contribution and lead in a way that's aligned with who they are.

Companies often choose to partner with Kat to help leaders excel during key transition moments like when leaders start a new role, step into an expanded remit or will be managing a significant transformation agenda. The company knows they’ve chosen the right leader for this role and wants to ensure their investment is maximised.

Clients that work with Kat connect to their sense of purpose and how they contribute to the organisation. What clients say about working with Kat

Kat is a wonderful listener, with a stunning right hook: the ability to land profound and challenging questions at the right time. She oozes empathy and takes time to understand context and drivers. I came to trust her as being fully on my team, knowing that she was committed to my development and my success.
— COO
I have greatly enjoyed working with Kat – she challenges me, but in a collaborative rather than confrontational manner. I have valued discussing team specific issues with her and have benefited from her coaching on working with high performers and maintaining that performance. I trust Kat and feel able to be open and honest with her – she quickly built a good relationship with me
— Chief of Staff
Change ready – As a coach Kat is already challenging me to engender this into capability in myself and my team, and subsequently through the reporting line of c250 colleagues. Critical thinking is one of Kat’s strengths and she is able to quickly process complex information and present it in a useable, workable form. For example, she ran a group exercise for my team and was able to skilfully precis the sessions into 5 workable actions

Coaching Approach

Kat co-creates coaching programmes with her clients based on the outcome they want to create.

How this works:

  1. A conversation with the HR/ Performance Lead, who is arranging coaching for the leader, to understand the context

  2. A complimentary session for the potential client to experience coaching, set a clear intention for the programme and determine whether this would be a good working relationship

  3. Kat recommends a programme format that delivers the outcome the client and organisation want

An example 1-1 programme could be a monthly 1-1 session over 6 months, supported by regular dialogue via Voxer (voice notes) to create momentum and a strong feeling of support.

Kat is also available to work with groups and teams within the organisation, particularly at an Executive or senior leadership level.

An example Team Effectiveness programme could include a scoping session, interviews with Board members, 1 or 2 days of team coaching to create agreed outcomes and 1-1 follow up coaching to embed change.

Kat has designed a group coaching programme to support leaders who are in new roles – it helps them to create impact in their first 100 days by leveraging their current leadership experience, the valuable contribution of a small group of peers and specific learning interventions that support the building of stakeholder networks, plans, team engagement and accelerated results.
